By Thomas Wai

Poor initiative

Having the ability to not being initiative would definitely help you to keep unemployed. Whenever challenges appear, you can always choose to avoid taking them up. Seeing the challenges as difficulties, as something that is hard to achieve would make you to stay away from the potential employers.

Poor Morale

A person always shows low morale, lack of energy would be a perfect weapon for potentials employers to hire you. Anyone who is able to demonstrate a poor morale will be able to stay alone and keep himself unemployed. After all, no one would want to hire someone who is lack of energy, full of complains all the time right?

Always interested in money (only)

Money and salary is definitely one of the many important aspects to a good job. Well, but if your potential employers know that you are ONLY interested in money, they will try to stay away from you. If they know that you are not interested to your career prospects within the organization, not interested in the management style, the working environment and the interpersonal relationship with others in the organization, there is a high chance to think that you would not likely to stay with the company for long. Do you think that they are foolish enough to hire you to train you and then let you go? Of course not! Passion about the job, loyalty is very important to an organization to succeed. So, if you want to stay unemployed, keep it up! Stay to focus in money, and money alone!

Lack of confidence

This is one of the monster weapons you can ever have. Anyone who is lack of confidence is just like a lion without appetite, he will never hunt! Since we know that employers are always looking for people who can take command of the situations, regardless how tough or how hard the situation is, having the ability to show a lack of confidence will enhance your future boss to assume that he can never depend on you, thus, helping you to stay unemployed.

Lack of interest and enthusiasm

As it is mentioned before, one factor that future boss like to see is that one is full of passion and energy. Well, so if you can show that you are lack of interest and enthusiasm about the job during the interview, no matter how experience or how skillful you are, you can definitely not being selected by the hiring manager. Thus, helping you to stay unemployed!

Well, so wait a minute, now you tell me that you want to stay employed??

3 things I would suggest to you:
1) Passion
2) Hard work
3) EQ

If you could demonstrate that you have passion about the job, if you can show that you are willing to work hard towards the goal and help the company to grow, and if you can show that you have a high EQ, able to handle difficult situations when necessary, getting the dream job is not that far away anymore.
